Question 1:
I have the error info when I sign in my cPanel:
[Your password is not installed correctly on host372.hostmonster.com. Please wait while it is updated...]
[Your username poorhike is installed correctly, but your account cannot be repaired at this time. Try resetting your password later or contact support if this problem persists]
Question 2:
Now,I can’t access in my site ucoding.com. I guess it is case of the server configuration problem.
So could you help me check the problem, Thank you first.

不过还好，直到下午三点，服务器能访问了。据我推测应该是美国东部IDC机房处于维护状态。
The Hostmonster Helpdesk is currently unavailable and will be back soon.
There is a complete power outage effecting one of the Hostmonster data centers, expected ETA is roughly 1:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.
Provo Power has requested that we shut down power while the transformer is being replaced. They are allowing us to use UPS power for the phone system. The other data center is unaffected by this outage.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
最后还是发现老外的服务好，还是及时给我回复了邮件说明上午服务器不能访问的原因。

The City of Provo was working on a major issue near our building and Rocky Mountain Power had requested that we shut down all electrical systems until they completed their work. Because of this notification we were able to cleanly shut down the servers so everyone’s data is safe. We regret the inconvenience this has caused.
